Basic
Hommits is a platform for sellers/buyers and landlords/tenants of real estate. It allows you to place your property listings/wanted ads for free, advertise them for a small fee at any of the selected plans and get feedback from interested people much faster.
The main difference between Hommits and other real estate sites is that the platform matches relevant property listings and wanted ads, selecting the most friendly publications for you.
The Hommits does not provide legal services for buying, selling and renting real estate.
If you are selling or renting a property, you need to:
- Register (item 'Registration', 'How to register on the platform?')
- Go to the menu item 'My property' and click on the button 'Add property listing'
- Fill in all the required information (information that must be filled in is marked with an '*', additional information is considered optional and is not mandatory)
- Click the 'Publish' button
- After you publish an ad, it can be promoted (section 'Advertising')
If you want to buy or rent a property, you need to:
- Register (item 'Registration', 'How to register on the platform?')
- Go to the menu item 'My wanted ads' and click on the button 'Add wanted ad'
- Fill in all the required information (type of property desired, price range and neighborhood)
- Click the 'Publish' button
- After you publish an ad, it can be promoted (section 'Advertising')
Registration on the platform allows you to:
- Create your property listings and wanted ads
- Advertise created property listings and wanted ads
- Send messages to the author of the listing directly on the site
- View the mobile phone number to contact the author of the property listing/wanted ad
- Leave comments under the property listing/wanted ad
- Save your favorite property listings/wanted ads
- Share property listings/wanted ads on social networks
The Hommits assumes the possibility of publishing property listings/wanted ads by agents. Listings from agents are marked with the 'Agent' label
Registration
Click 'Login' button in the top right corner to register. In the appeared form enter email or log in via the social network. If register via the social network login to the website will happen automatically.
Activation email usually should arrive within 1-5 minutes, sometimes longer. If you don't see it in your inbox, check other folders, for example, 'Spam'. Make sure you entered the correct email address. If you have completed all these steps, but could not find the letter, write to us, we will try to help.
If you have any errors during registration, please write to us (on the main page of the button 'Contact us' and 'Feedback'). The Hommits Support Team will see your submission and try to help resolve the issue.

Data editing is available in the user profile. There you can change the email address used for login, username, contact information. Please note that if you change email, you will need to click on the link that will come in the activation email to the new mail.
Interaction
In order to contact the author of the property/wanted ad that interests you, you should:
- Go to property listing/wanted ad
- Click on the 'Messages' icon in the upper left corner
- If you want to contact by mobile phone number, then click on 'Show phone', if you want to write a message, then click on 'Message'. Next, enter the text of the message and click 'Send message'
In order to understand whether the user has read the message, you need to go to the chat with this user. If the message is read, then the message you sent to the user will be marked with a green check mark in the lower right corner.
To see the number of the owner of a property/wanted ad, you need to:
- Open the property listing/wanted ad you are interested in
- Click on the 'Messages' icon in the upper left corner
- Click on the 'Show phone' button
If you receive a new message, then:
- A notification will appear on the chat icon located to the left of the 'personal account'
- You will receive an email about a new message
- If you are using the mobile app, you will be notified of a new message
In order to read messages, you need to click on the chat icon, which is located to the left of the 'personal account'.
To attract more users to your property listing/wanted ad, you need to:
- Fill the property listing/wanted ad with information as much as possible: the more information the user receives about your listing, the more likely they are interested in your publication
- If you have published your property listing/wanted ad for a long time, then after a certain period of time it is worth updating it. If a property listing/wanted ad is not updated for a long time, then it is removed from the site
- Promote your property listing/wanted ad. To do this, you need to draw up an advertising plan.
Each property listing/wanted ad has a 'heart' icon. When you click on it, the property listing/wanted ad you like is saved. Saved property listing/wanted ad will be in your personal account in 'Favorites'
To leave a comment, you must:
- Go to the property listing/wanted ad where you want to leave a comment
- Scroll down to the end of the property listing/wanted ad
- Write a comment and click the 'Submit' button
Your comment may be removed by a moderator if it contains swear words, obscenity, or other inappropriate language.
To rate a property listing/wanted ad, you should:
- Go to property listing/wanted ad
- Click on the 'Star' icon on the left side of the property listing/wanted ad
- Choose the appropriate grades for each of the proposed categories
- Click the 'Send' button.
To report property listing/wanted ad, you should:
- Click on the 'More' icon (depicted by three dots)
- Select 'Report'
- Choose the reason why you want to complain about the property listing/wanted ad
- Confirm sending by entering the text requested by the site in the form field
- Click the 'Send' button.
To contact technical support go to the main page of the site and click on the 'Contact us' button or click on the 'Feedback' button. It is located in the lower left corner vertically on every page.
Advertising
There are three advertising plans available - Smart, Optimal and Premium. Each advertising plan has different option set depending on user needs. Each option set may be changed and new marketing proposals may be added on the platform in the future. Users will be notified in our blog about it.
The price of each advertising plan is dynamic and depends on number of adverts in your region and season of the year. Actual price is available when you try to order advertising for your property or wanted ad.
You can order advertising after publishing your property on the platform through the 'Boost' button your property details page or with the same button on 'My Property' page.
You can order advertising after publishing your wanted ad on the platform through the 'Boost' button your wanted ad details page or with the same button on 'My Wanted Ads' page.
Each advertising plan contains a certain set of options, which is determined by the user depending on the needs.

- Your property listing/wanted ad will be prioritized in the search results on the site or in the mobile application
- Access to property listing/wanted ad statistics (number of all views, views per week, views today, geolocation of users who viewed the ad)
- Requests are processed in the standard mode
- Approximately 10 times more property listing/wanted ad views compared to regular property listing/wanted ad on the site.
Advertising plan 'Optimal':
- Your property listing/wanted ad will be prioritized in the search results on the site or in the mobile application
- Access to property listing/wanted ad statistics (number of all views, views per week, views today, geolocation of users who viewed the property listing/wanted ad)
- Advertising post of your property listing/wanted ad in social networks
- Requests are processed within 48 hours
- Advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki
- Higher property listing/wanted ad priority in search results
- Approximately 30 times more property listing/wanted ad views than regular property listing/wanted ad on the site
Advertising Plan 'Premium':
- Your property listing/wanted ad will be prioritized in the search results on the site or in the mobile application
- Access to property listing/wanted ad statistics (number of all views, views per week, views today, geolocation of users who viewed the ad)
- Advertising post of your property listing/wanted ad in social networks
- Requests processed within 24 hours, real-time support
- Advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki
- Maximum property listing/wanted ad priority in search results
- Notifying all users with relevant interests about your property listing/wanted ad
- Synchronization of advertising with the advertised object
- Approximately 50 times more property listing/wanted ad views than regular property listing/wanted ad on the site
After paying for the advertising plan, the following ad/bid analytics will be available:
- Total views
- Number of unique visits
- Number of views per week
- Number of views today
- Statistics of views and attempts to contact you by dates in the form of a graph
- Geolocation of users who have viewed your listing (in the form of a list and in the form of a graph), the date and time the listing was viewed
Advertising creation and publication in external sources takes place no later than two business day following the date of payment for the order. The initiation of advertising on external sources is governed by the platform that provides the advertising service and may include some verification steps for the created advertising campaign.
The sources and duration of the advertising campaign are determined by the selected advertising plan and its time frame. If you would like to advertise your listing on a specific platform, please send us a message from the order page with preferred platforms.
- After paying for the advertising plan, you will receive an email stating that your order has been successfully paid.
- In the 'My Property'/'My Wanted Ads' menu item, the advertised listing will contain brief statistics, the 'Statistics' button will also become active and will lead to a page with full listing analytics
- In the menu item 'My orders' you will see the order number, its type, cost and how many days ago it was paid
- In the list of all property listings/wanted ads, your plan will be highlighted in a different color.
You can see your advertisement on Facebook, Google, Instagram, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki. In addition, ad analytics will be displayed in 'Statistics' in your personal account and have a higher priority in search results.
The availability of advertising updates in external sources is determined by the selected advertising plan.
The duration of the advertising campaign is determined by the selected advertising plan and its time frame and does not change after hiding or deleting. Money for the services provided is not refundable.
The advertised listing is checked on advertising platforms, so it is possible to click on it from other countries (for example, the USA), which are displayed in our analytics.
Advertisement ads can be extended by clicking on the 'Renew' button on the advertised property listing/wanted ad.
All personal data on the site is stored in encrypted form and cannot be obtained by a third party. In addition, the site cooperates with reliable banking systems that provide confidence in the safety of your data (VISA, Mastercard, Belkart, Alfa-Bank, ApplePay).
